Afritalk is live chat software for your website plus a shared team inbox. Visitors can message you from a chat bubble; your team replies from the browser dashboard or mobile app, with alerts, attachments, and conversation history in one place.

After you create an account, open Installation in your dashboard and copy the embed snippet (a single <script> tag). Paste it just before the closing </body> tag on your site, or in your theme’s footer / “custom code” area. See our Install widget page for CMS tips.

Yes. Any platform that lets you add JavaScript to the page (or global footer) works: WordPress plugins or theme footers, Shopify theme code, Webflow project custom code, static HTML, and more. You are not locked to a specific CMS.

We offer ways to get started at low or no cost so you can try the product on your real site. Exact limits and features depend on the current pricing page—check there for the latest plans, trials, and free-tier details.

Yes. Afritalk is built for teams: multiple agents can log in, see conversations, and collaborate. Availability of seats, roles, or advanced team features may vary by plan—your dashboard reflects what your subscription includes.

Use Afritalk on your phone by signing in to the web dashboard in your browser. A dedicated native app is in development—open Mobile app in the footer for a quick status message.

Use HTTPS on your website in production. We apply security practices on our side to protect accounts and service data; you should treat chat content as personal data and describe it in your own privacy policy. Read more in our Privacy policy.

Yes. From the dashboard you can adjust colors, text, greetings, and related widget settings so the chat matches your brand—usually without changing the embed code again after the first install.

Paid plans are typically billed through the checkout options shown in your account (for example card or regional providers). Available methods can vary by country; complete a plan selection in the dashboard or see Pricing for what applies to you.

Logged-in customers can connect integrations such as outbound webhooks and related API features from the dashboard where their plan allows it. Details and endpoints are documented in-app so they stay aligned with your workspace version.
